Interview
I found the job on LinkedIn and applied on the company site. A couple of weeks after I applied, I received an email requesting a 30-minute phone interview with someone from their HR team. The HR team member asked me the normal interview questions and was responsive to my answers, as well as engaged in the conversation, which I appreciated. I was told I would hear back in the coming week about next steps and a couple of days after the phone interview, I received an email requesting a virtual face-to-face interview with the hiring manager. I declined this interview though because the salary wasn't what I was hoping for.

Interview
Friendly, panel-interview with questions well suited for someone who had just graduated from college. I believe there was a phone screening prior to this. I interviewed with who would have been my direct supervisor and expectations, tasks, and goals were clearly outlined to me during the interview process.

Interview
Was called following my online application. I had a phone interview with the Development Director and the Assistant Executive Director. I was called in to meet with the Development Director for an interview that was one on one. A week later I was called back to the office where I took a personality test on the computer, and met the remainder of the chapter staff. I was called later that day to say that I got the job.
