I think you're spot-on with your comments, and it's true, we do like vision statements a bit too much here. :) Re: salary, I don't know what you were offered, but thinking about the product managers we have here, I believe we pay competitively based on the market. I'll definitely look into it though. Re: hiring from our "community," I'm not sure exactly what you mean - maybe you mean French speaking or English speaking?
