The company being a start up has no clue of which candidate type they are looking for. I was called over telephonic conversation and post which got selected for interview rounds. After two successful interview rounds, the Savage and Palmer HR executive called me for directors interview on another day. And after this final interview, the same HR said that they are looking for candidate who has completed the MBA already. While I had already clearly mentioned that I am going to complete MBA within 3 months. No use of wasting an aspiring candidates time.
