Head hunted from being a supplier. The process was extremely quick. I met all the key stakeholders (some venues more interesting than others!) Process turned around in 2 weeks. The team were great and honest with the key challenges they were facing. It allowed me to be prepared for what my initial focused had to be on.

Asked to prepare a 20 presentation - very informal chat with Head of People didnt present the presentation as she did all the talking. The interview was more about enthusing about BrewDog and what a wonderful company they were and what she had done since joining
