Very straight forward and fast. It went from phone screen to final interview in less than 3 weeks time. It included the phone screen, hiring manager, super day (4 half hour interviews b2b2b2b), and one interview with leadership for culture and value fit.

Was a waste of time, the hiring manager asked the most bland basic questions. Could’ve used Ai to do the same thing with more personality . She looked checked out and bored the entire time..
