1. Recruiter call. 2. An interesting take-home challenge (took around 2-3 hours to complete) 3. onsite (5 x 1hr interviews). Interviewers were all very nice and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my conversation with all of them.

Feels like an exam. To pass the first round, brush up on stats 101. For the coding round it's a traditional leetcode interview (even though they claim it isn't). It's all based on luck whether you have a good interviewer and/or you've seen the question before.
