      Client Services Interview

      Jul 6, 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Washington, DC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Brick Factory (Washington, DC) in Dec 2014

      Interview

Phone interview followed by an in-person interview with the Client Services team (2 people). The phone conversation was a bit scary (maybe because I didn't prepare enough). But the interviewer jumped right in with "tell me about yourself" and "walk me through your resume" -- which I didn't have on hand. (I tailor my resumes based on the job I apply for so I didn't know which version the recruiter had in a split second.) In any case, I guess i ad-libbed pretty well because I got the job anyway.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How do you juggle multiple projects? How do you manage your time if you're so involved in school? What's your biggest weakness? What your biggest strength?
