I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Bricz in Feb 2020
Interview
After speaking with Bricz at a career fair, I had a virtual interview with one recruiter with basic behavioral questions and questions based off my resume. These were not difficult questions at all (tell me a time when you handle a situation where someone disagreed with you, when you took leadership, describe a technical process you improved, etc). Overall, easy 1st interview.
However the 2nd round interview was unreasonably hard. It was two parts: one was giving a 10 minute case study presentation and the other part consisted of market sizing questions (how many loaves of bread consumed in a year/ how many ubers were taken in the US in 2020). The case study basically asked you to give an entire product proposal and do extensive market research. They wanted to know how your imaginary product would increase revenue and streamline a supply chain. This is something, in my opinion, is way too much for a company with less than 60 employees to ask for an interview. Especially because there are no public resources available to get actual data to back your claims.
