Got an email to set up a phone screen for a few days later. It was immediately made clear during the call that the interviewer didn't bother to even look at my resume. Asked about my previous QA experience when I don't have any (entry level position). From here they didn't seem to know how to proceed and then stumbled through a few more questions (which again wouldn't need to have been asked if they actually looked at my resume) until they could end the interview. Call lasted 3 minutes.
