Interview
The group interview was really large and most of the time was taken up by everyone being given a tour of the place and a few social activities. We had to give a 45 second story of any memory, then we had one on one interviews. The questions were pretty standard and easy.

Interview
I went for a group interview for a guest relations representative at BridgeClimb Sydney. There were around 40-50 candidates in the interview a long side me. The day started with a icebreaker which was your name and favourite food. We then had a tour of the buildings and they told us to think of a 45 second story to present to the group after. The story could be about anything. After this we had 1-1's where they asked about availiblity and general interview questions.

Interview
Very lengthy process, start you off by stating your name and a fun fact. Then you do a tour and then there is some team building exercises. We had to make the tallest tower out of newspaper and tape. Then we had to do an on the spot presentation for one minute about any topic of choice. This is all in front of a group of about 30. Then they go into one on one interviews
