In real life, quick chat. I think it was quite easy (maybe due to turnover amount of tutors they get) but they had already chosen they wanted me from the CV and interviewed to make sure I was a good personality match

Emailed my CV to my nearest centre and then called in for interview. Really welcoming and friendly environment and they introduce you to fellow tutors and give you a tour straight away. Very helpful to gain perspective of your role description.
