The interview was fairly straightforward. Got referred by an employee who worked there, supervisor asked me to come in for an interview. Interview was standard hr questions; former work experience, asked if I had any experience in home health care. Talked about the background check, asked if I had a driver's license.

It was short interview , but a informative one. Everyone was welcoming and kind. No judgment when i walked in the door. If i needed direction i had no problem because staff directed me. The staff who interviewed me was respectful and caring. He was busy , yet he took time with me . I did not feel rushed or unimportant. Overall i felt like i was important and could fit in with company.

Since the last administrator and staff up and left all the clients. Having to bring people in from outside el paso to take over. The Interview process was done by someone you could barely understand. Here english with a thick accent was horrible and kept asking what? and can you repeat the question?
