Interview
Interview process was fairly easy and simple. Only the recruiter and myself. She had the history of Brightside and role of position. I was asked about to share a little bit about myself and work background. The process involved two rounds. 2nd round was more scenario based. What would you do our how would you respond.
Detailed but professional questions related to the position. Management and HR very personable and made you feel welcomed. It is a process of several different people and interviews. Overall I thought it was a good experience and that the questions were reasonable and they were easy to form rapport with.
