Multiple interviews held with different people (Group managers, HR, Technical leads). The interview is more like a discussion rather than a typical interview with answers and questions.
The process in my case was 1) Phone interview with recruiter 2) On-site 1st round interview with a group of people including HR 3) On-site 2nd round double interview (with more technical people, from two different groups)

You are given a certain scenario (varies) and asked to assess its security. The scenario does not have to be "IT" related, but aims to check on you assessment skills.

Interview
I was interviewed for a role in the Side-channel attack group. My interview process consisted of three rounds. First with A12 consultants, second with two team managers (both Skype). The third interview was on site in Delft with four security engineers and the head of HR. In total, they are very friendly and relaxed, but prepare yourself for some technical questions.
