I was referred to the hiring manager, so this process may have been unique to me, but here is what I experienced: the interview process consisted of a single one-on-one interview followed by an in-office tour. The process was very standard as far as interviews go, so do bring an extra resume and dress professionally. While the interview itself was not at all intimidating, it is something a candidate should definitely prepare for. The questions reflect company fit more than technical competence, but be prepared for both.
