Interview
My initial experience was very good. I was kept busy, but then suddenly the jobs slowed down and my recruiter told me he was doing interviews Monday - Thursday, which made absolutely no sense to me. If you can't keep me busy, why are you hiring more people??!!!
When I had to take the drug test a second time I was annoyed because my recruiter laughed and said no when I asked him if the internal Brilliant employees had to take a drug test.
Your terminated as soon as a project ends unless they find you something in the current month, otherwise another drug test and more paperwork. The drug tests are inconvenient and I wasn't paid for using my personal time to drive, pay for parking and wait to take the test.

Interview
I had a phone screen, then a video interview. When it came time to meet an actual client, I was horrified to discover that they had us marching in one after another. The person before me saw me waiting, and I in turn, saw the next person waiting. Sort of like cattle. The client never even hired anyone.

Interview
I received a call one day before the interview. The Interviewer said she was interested in my qualifications and wanted to have a discussion with me regarding an accountant position. She was flexible in setting an interview time which was suitable to me. I arrived at the office and later I was taken to a conference room where the interview began. After a couple of days she called and said that I had to give an online excel and accounting concept test within a month. I agreed and gave the test. She also positively affirmed about my fit to a position. But later when I tried calling her she did not reply. I also emailed her. But she never answered. It was very unprofessional of her and the organization.
