Interview
I applied online and was contacted by an internal recruiter to do a basic skills assessment in logical reasoning and typing. After passing the assessment, the recruiter set up a phone screen. After that, I met with the recruiter in person and was talked about my background and was given a task to perform to measure how quickly I could digest and relay information. After that, there was an interview with the CTS team supervisor. Received the call the next day saying they were offering a position contingent on background check and drug screening. Moni was AWESOME throughout the whole process and I'm really excited to start with them!

Interview
I applied online on a Friday and got a call that following Monday to come in for a face to face interview. I was seen by Kevin. He explained to me the job description and had me do a test to see how well I retain information. I'm sure it went well because he set up an Interview for the following day. The 2nd Interview was much longer and the questions were a lot more detailed. It lasted about 30 minutes. I got a call back the next day letting me know I got the Job. I came in, filled out paperwork, I had to go through a criminal background check and drug screen .. Started about a week and a half later
