Basic interview
It was easy to process. it was just one interview. they look for if you are a good fit for their company or not. They will ask soft skills questions more than technical side questions.

Interview
Very easy. Almost anyone with a pulse can get a job. Since it is mostly commission they really want as many on the team as possible. If you have sales experience it's a plus, but it seems that they oversell the commission structure. Not nearly as realistic as they would like you to think.
