My interview experience with Brio Water Technology was unfortunately disappointing. After an initial phone screening with Jim Remley, VP of Ops, and a subsequent in-person interview, I was left with a positive impression. However, despite my follow-up attempts, I received no further communication from the company. This lack of feedback, especially after investing time in multiple interviews, is concerning. I hope Brio Water Technology can improve its communication with candidates to ensure a more professional and respectful hiring process.
