Called up for the interview a week after submitting the application. The 1st interview was with the top management (MD, GM Facilities, External Professional & the HR Manager). Got called up for the 2nd interview which was mainly to iron out constraints picked up during the 1st stage and finalize on remuneration. 3rd stage was a evaluation by the group Human Capital Development Head. And got called up to sign off the acceptance conditions. The entire process covers about 4 weeks.
