My interview was scheduled for an hour but it did not last even 30 min. There were two interviewers. The first interviewer was rushing and was cutting my sentences. I couldn't complete most of my answers. The second interviewer didn't get any chance of asking me questions because of obvious reasons. I was confused about the interview process. I asked them what qualities they were looking for in an ideal candidate. To this, the first interviewer replied that I'm a perfect candidate and any firm would hire me easily but them, because "I might not fit in the position even if they hire me, as data mining is a backend job".. I have never heard anything such bizarre before.
