Initial application and then invite to a video interview. Two questions only and you had some time to read the question and prepare before you had to give a timed answer.
The interview process was well organised, straightforward, and professional. The video interview questions were clear and gave good opportunities to discuss motivation, skills, and interest in the firm. It was a good experience.
