Very nice and simple, process was simple and they were very flexible. Interviewer was nice too and was a very laidback conversation whilst asking all the right questions. Also explained the job role well and was open to any questions I had

Interview
I experienced 2-3 months of interviews and communications this spring. This was followed by a phase of silence and lack of communication. Highly unfortunate. I hope the company takes the opportunity to improve its candidate experience to align with industry standards.

Interview
Submitted my resume on LinkedIn and after what seemed like two months (I had already assumed they were not interested), got a call from their recruiter who wanted to chat. Great call but got the sense he was working with limited information provided by the Company. Didn’t have much of the answers I was looking for and kept saying that that was a good question to ask during the interview. Never got a call back from the Hiring Manager. I don’t think the Company knows what they are looking for in a candidate or what they want to achieve.
