First phone interview with HR and then online zoom interview with Director, 1-1. There was an activity to test your PM skills which you could prepare ahead of time and then present in front of the hiring manager.

Interview
My experience with Briteweb's interview process was disappointing. After applying online, I was invited for a phone interview with the HR, which lasted less than 5 minutes. The interviewer didn't even greet me properly or share essential company information. It became apparent that they had already found a suitable candidate, and it would have been better if they canceled the interview to avoid wasting applicants' time. Assessing a candidate's skills and suitability through just three basic questions is not a fair representation of their abilities. The entire process felt unprofessional and unsatisfactory.

Interview
You do a 30 minute phone screen and then they assign you a project to work on (which can take hours) and then you present it to a panel then do an interview with them as well. It was a lot of effort and time!
