Broad Street Marketing interview questions

The girl that called me on the phone was very bubbly and when I went in she was just as outgoing. I've been to interviews before where the secretary gives me a clipboard and never talks to me again. I liked this aspect. The guy who interviewed me threw me off guard with only a couple questions and I couldn't get a good read on him but I ended up getting invited back. The first interview is about 20 minutes.

The interview process was pretty clean cut. I had a preliminary first round interview that was kept pretty brief. After they had sat me down and got to know me a little bit more it seemed evident they had some interest in me but I still wasn't positive. I got a call about a day later saying they were interested in having me come in for a second round interview. I accepted, and the following day came in a did a second round. The second interview process was a little more extensive and I shadowed the position for almost a complete work day. I liked what I saw and they told me that I would hear back from them within 48 hours.
