I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Broadstone Business Solutions (Philadelphia, PA) in Aug 2018
Interview
The assistant met with me and looked over my resume for the very first time. I was shocked. Instead of looking at my resume BEFORE bringing me in, they wasted my time/travel expenses. He handed my resume back and said "thanks for coming in" and walked me to the door. This could have been decided over a 5 minute phone call or maybe they could actually read the resumes... they seem like they could care less about wasting your time.
The "marketing" job application I had applied to was very misleading. The interviewer had basically told me the job was a walking sales person for the company. When I had asked about the details that were actually in the job description online (example: developing marketing campaigns) my questions were diverted to a different discussion, again, on how it's a sales position.
Negative experience
Easy interview

Interview
The interview process was easy. I first met with the owner, who gave an overview of the company. I was given the impression that it was a marketing position and the company worked with large corporations. I was asked back for a second interview, where the position was described in more detail: sales, and the pay structure was discussed- sounded like a pyramid scheme.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Broadstone Business Solutions (Philadelphia, PA) in Nov 2017
Interview
First interview was brief 15-20 minutes set up a second interview to get more in depth. Second interview lasted roughly 40 minutes. Something was weird about the company didn't seem legitimate. Decided to pass on an offer to not sell but market cabinets in different Home Depot stores.
