I applied for the role of Accounts Payable Clerk. I was told that there will be a test which will include Excel, Reconciliation, Formulas and Calculations. I reached on time and as I was the only candidate they asked me to start the test. There was 5 sheet in the excel about VAT calculation, Supplier ( The question was "If a supplier rings you and ask why the payment has not been done what are the 5 procedures you will follow"), Reconciliation, Basic Excel Questions and the last one was what I can bring into the company, I have to write the points. The test time was 25 mins. They asked me to wait. And then there was another face to face round.
