Interview process is a good experience and the structure is different than the typical rounds you get with other companies. You really get a sense that leadership cares about the current team. They give you a chance to explain your skillset thoroughly. There wasn't any trick questions, they are geared to creatively get a sense of what you know and how you handle problems. It was a good experience and very welcoming.
