I interviewed at Brock Solutions Inc. (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Was a smooth process, starting with a phone screen that is behavioral and later followed by another interview that isn't too technical but more about getting to know you and see whether you will be a good for for the company or not.
The process was okay. The interviewer did not show any emotion acted friendly but really was mean minded. Seemed to be very interested in my outside hobbies (like what shows I watch and stuff)- made it seem like we were getting along but honestly was probably judging choices.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brock Solutions Inc. in Sep 2025
Interview
One recruiter screen (HR) and then one 2 hour interview in person (Technical Project manager). After that you'll receive a decision. It was a long but chill in person interview with zero technical interview. More like a get to know you type of thing.
