Interview online with two colleagues. Competency based on project management skills, construction knowledge and planned works within social housing environment managing projects such as kitchen bathroom roof window and door programmes

The interview process was a 3 stage process which consisted of an online application with questions, a group activity process and a face to face interview which also included a site inspection and reporting.
