I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bromford (Wolverhampton, England) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was different to that of anything else I have attended. The initial assessment day was daunting...there were roughly 20 people for 1 position.
The tasks of the assessment day involved standing up in front of the whole group, whilst you were given a card at the front and asked to talk about said subject on the card for 60 seconds.
There was also a marketing task where you were given a budget and worked within a group, along with a role play and a written test involving a lease contract.
I was called back for second interview the next day. Although I wasn't offered the position I was asked if I could be added to Bromford's talent pool.
I agreed, however, having asked how this worked and for some feedback from the interview I still have not yet received a reply.
Thanks so much for sharing your detailed review and I'm sorry to hear that you were unsuccessful on this occasion. You should have received feedback within 7 days of your interview, but if you still haven't received this, feel free to contact us using: recruitment@bromford.co.uk.
Wishing you all the best for the future.

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bromford (Wolverhampton, England) in Apr 2018
Interview
The interview process was really good, different to what I have experienced before. First I was invited for an assessment day with a group of other candidates and after impressing the management at that I was offered a second interview. This was more nerve wracking but it was what I expected, competency based questions. I would just ensure you have many examples in your head that you can provide. After the interview I was given a scenario and I had to take a role play telephone call, if you have this after your interview just make sure that you ask the caller questions... something I wished I had rembered. The interviewers will know you will be nervous so don’t let that worry you too much. I was interviewed by 3 lovely ladies who made me feel at ease and helped me along when I needed it.

Can you tell me about a time when you have had to deal with an angry customer and what you did to resolve the complaint?
