Brook Lane Health Services interview questions

Over easy process. Had a phone screening then a panel interview. They asked about 20 questions. It was i between formal and informal. The panel was not very diverse. The questions they asked were fully around patient advocacy and how to handle difficult situations.

The did not ask me one question. The did all the talking. A few times, when I had a small opportunity, I tried to tell them a few things about myself. The lack of questions of their part, should have been a big RED FLAG, dummy me! Please ask a lot of questions, ask to be introduced to the staff that you will be working with. 7 employees are gone in 7 months. What does that tell you?
