depends on the team, based on my team, managers select candidate based on bundle of resume and ask HR to arrange interview, normally 3 rounds but each case can be different.

what is your Excel skills? from 1 to 10, how would you rate yourself?
It was good. Merge of technical and behavioural questions. Prepare thoroughly. They can ask anything. Be strong in technical and confident while giving answers. No bluffing please. They make you feel comfortable. Panel of 2 to 5.
