The first interview was with recruiter, second interview was with hiring manager. After that a panel interview with other team members to get to know the team better. Overall a smooth and professional process.

There is no process. Their HR/Recruiting team is so unprofessional. No acknowledgement of receiving an application or follow up. They have several recruiters and no one can seem to reply back.

Interview
A month after I submitted my resume on Jobvite I received an email about a first interview. The HR person quickly got me an initial interview with just one person a week later. Two weeks after that I had one more interview where I presented my portfolio for the entire creative team. Then I had one on one interviews with 4 people. A week later I heard back about the job. All in all it was a quick experience once you had the first interview out of the way.
