      Product Manager Interview

      Dec 1, 2025
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Dollard-Des Ormeaux, QC
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Brother Canada (Dollard-Des Ormeaux, QC) in Nov 2025

      Interview

The first interview is a 30 minute conversation with an HR specialist. In my experience she asked right away for one of my roles instead letting me explain it (important to know). Be prepaired to: - Her not being prepared, since she stopped the meeting to check my linkedin for 5 minutes mid call. - She didn't understand that much English, so expect extra Q/A and re explaining more times than what's considered normal - Also important to research for a salary range for the position, and then back up on what part of the range you sit based on your experience. Good luck!

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Explain a GTM experience, and if something went wrong, how did you manage it.

      Product Manager Interview

      Sep 3, 2019
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Montreal, QC
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Brother Canada (Montreal, QC) in Jul 2017

      Interview

Phone call, then they give you an *assignment* where you solve their problem and then present it to them at their office. The HR department did not even call to follow up on the interview results which is a lack of respect for the time and effort it took to create and present the presentation.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Prepare a presentation you would give a senior Walmart executive (SWOT analysis, overview of current business, financial analysis, remove and add products)
