This was incredibly painful. They were extremely vague with the job description, referring to general expectations rather than specific day to day tasks. I was a current employee looking to move to another department and encountering resistance.

When they were asked for clarification on practical applications to define phrases used by them such as "embed", "facilitate" or "champion" certain processes, I was told the preferred candidate should be able to answer the questions that were not asked.
