I applied online via a posting on a job board. Within a couple of days I received an email from a recruiter, asking me to do a one-way video interview. I completed the interview, followed up with the recruiter in a few days, and heard nothing. I attempted to follow up two more times over the next two weeks. Again, absolutely no reply from the recruiter. The position has since been removed from their website. I never even received the courtesy of a form letter declining me from the position. Absolutely appalling, they wasted my time, and created a really lousy candidate experience and just left me hanging. Completely inexcusable.
