I applied online. After about three days or so, I received a call from the location hiring manager. Went in for the interview, and was hired on the spot. If you consider yourself a good looking female, and have bartending experience, you will more than likely be hired on the spot.
They take you back and ask you questions about yourself. They also ask you if youve ever worked in a bar before. This was a really easy interview. It's a very friendly environment .

It was a very brief interview, with few questions. I dressed in business attire, but there was no need. I talked to the manager for about 5 minutes, it was a pretty awkward interview. The manager hardly made any eye contact. He quickly asked me when I could start.
