It began with my submitting a resume and cover letter expressing my interest in the position. After initially being turned down, several weeks later I received a phone call requesting a time to schedule a phone screen. After the time of my phone screen, I was asked to come in for an in-person interview. It was following the in-person interview that I was offered and accepted the position.
