      Public Relations Intern Interview

      Jul 21, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Singapore
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bud Communications (Singapore) in Jun 2021

      Interview

3 steps: 1. 20-minute interview with the account manager 2. Short 500-word writing test 3. Super quick chat with the client director If you do well enough on the first stage, the account manager will ask you to do a writing test where you're given around 2 days to work on it. The writing test is something like writing a blog post on a new tech. Then if you do well on the writing test, you'll have a really quick chat with the client director where she just asks about you and your hobby nothing much in that specific chat. Then after that, you wait for them to get back to you on their decision. Super lengthy process just for an intern position :/

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Q: Why are you interested in Bud specifically? Q: Have you created/started projects on your own? Q: Are you comfortable with writing? What are your experiences with writing? Q: How do you feel about dealing with/learning about new technology?

Thanks for the feedback, we're always looking to improve our interview processes so we appreciate the feedback and sorry you weren't successful on this occasion. Thanks for letting us know that you found the process lengthy, we have a three-stage process but it's just so we can make sure it's the right match for both sides.
