Conversation with questions on specific competencies to focus on sales and prior expiernce as a shopping assistant. Understanding of work requirements, availabiltiy and compensation and work culture in the office and supermarket itself. Nice people and good culture.

Very easy interview sitting in the office with the manager or an assistant manager. They ask a few questions on why you would be good for the job and get to know you as a person e.g. hobbies, education
