Friendly and informative interview process. First round interview via FaceTime. Final round in NY, taken out to a dinner the night before. Superday took all day and was rotated to interview with about 8 different people in the office. Great culture and atmosphere as everyone is extremely friendly and helpful.

Interview process created perceptionof good culture, which is not the case.
Theplqce has limited upward mobility. There is high turnover, which will continue as the compensation is below par.

On campus interview then a NYC superday. Not a hard interview process at all, looking for someone who can communicate and can be taught. Overall you just have to show you are a social person with a good head on his or her shoulders.
