I'm a college student graduating in May, and I was invited for a whole-day interview. I interviewed with 7 different people for 2 different positions, and I also took a 15-minute reading/writing test and a very long personality test. I was invited back the following week for a few more interviews (with 4 more people). It was all very pleasant, and all of the people seemed very nice.

The claims department people asked a lot of questions relating to insurance, claims processes, and exposures/risks, etc.
