Interview
Initial screening done by third-party recruiters, followed by a panel interview with the hiring manager and two other staff members from other teams. Final interview included an informal chat with the hiring manager and an EMT member (which was not expected nor disclosed prior to the meeting).

Question 1
Besides general questions about my background and experience, I was given an assignment to complete; this included hypothetical situations and scenarios and seeing how I would respond to the challenges.
