      Operational Risk Manager Interview

      Jun 3, 2025

      London, England
      No offer

      Application

I interviewed at Bullish (London, England)

      Interview

Very quick process: HR, hiring manager and then coo. They were looking for a operational risk role based in London with no specific trading knowledge and during the process they changed their mind (they have recruited someone in HK, probably cheaper than in London, with trading experience...). I had to chaise a lot HR for basic feedback. I found this process a waste of time.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Basic back ground + trading knowledge (which, as per my cv and job spec, i did not have )
