My initial phone screening was with Haley, who is one of Bumble's recruiters. She was BEYOND helpful throughout the entire interview process – she was kind, communicative and always answered all of my questions. Following the phone screen, I was invited to swing by the Hive to meet Haley + Caitlin (both on the HR team) in-person. Following the interview with them, I met with the PR team to discuss my qualifications and how my skills could potentially fulfill the PR manager position. The interview was very conversational and I could clearly tell that everyone who works at Bumble genuinely enjoys what they do. I received an offer a bit later than expected but Haley was transparent and let me know that things were a bit delayed due to the holiday. I can see how the delay in next steps could be frustrating if this was any other company, but Haley handled it extremely well and gave me regular updates throughout the entire process. I'm beyond thrilled to begin working at Bumble within a few short weeks! Xoxo
