      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Aug 17, 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Saddle Brook, NJ
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bungalow 5 (Saddle Brook, NJ) in Feb 2020

      Interview

It was a basic interview. Though, I could tell that they weren't very experienced. I sat with HR and one of the managers. They tried to ask "tough" questions. But honestly, the questions were very generic as if they just finished watching a YouTube video on "what to ask during an interview". They don't really know what they are doing and it shows if you are a person with any kind of real experience. As a person who has been the interviewer, I was secretly entertained. It was cute to watch so I just played along.
