Had an informal chat with the Communications Head, which led to an interview with two other senior members of the marketing team. I was then rung by HR and we discussed what the role comprised of, how many hours they wanted me, or I was able to work, and rates of pay. They gave me a task to complete, which I did at home. A formal offer followed by email, and then a contract.
