I have worked in this company for three years after passing some interview step, HR interview then continue to User interview. In the HR interview I've been asked about myself, then what is recently activity I've been doing, what is the strongest point of me and why I though that is the strongest point, then the weakness point of me, why I thought that is the weakness and how I solve it so it won't affect the job everyday and some other HR question generally.. I can not remember clearly. After HR interview, if there is good response from HR, you will continue the step to User interview held in the same day. The User interview was more like how to solve the problem related to the job, then the User of me explained the responsibilities I would get under the position I applied, some other has same question with the HR like the strongest and weakness point including how to handle it. That's all I could remember, hope it will helps. In addition, HR interview is in Indonesia, User interview is in English. Good Luck!
