The timeline between the interview invitation and the scheduled interview was quite short (one day), which made preparation challenging. Additionally, communication regarding next steps could have been clearer. Providing candidates with more advance notice and structured updates would help improve the overall candidate experience.

It was thorough. The team was very respectful and considerate. Questions were well thought out and it was also a learning session. Missed some questions but they didn’t look down on me.
